For classes at the Transylvania County
Parks & Recreation Department call the center directly at 884-3156 to register
for classes. Tell them you want to register for the Bob Ross painting class with Pete Ferry or the Donna Dewberry painting class with Karen Ferry.
Class size is limited. Instructor will provide all materials necessary to complete the planned project. Students will come away with their completed project. The cost is $30-$35 for classes held at the TC Parks & Recreation Center and $45 for private lessons at your instructors home. Fees are collected at the beginning of each session and payable by cash or check. Group rates may vary depending on location of venue.
For classes at BRCC, Transylvania County Campus, register with the College. The fee will be $40 per class. Each class is "stand alone" and a different painting will be completed in each class. Class size is limited and students will be provided with all necessary materials.
For classes at venues other than TCP&RC, register by signing up at that location.
For private individual lessons or group lessons, contact Pete, Gary, or Karen directly. Pete teaches weekends while Gary teaches weekdays and Karen teaches weekdays primarily, but can be available on weekends.
